10-31-08 Sprung Construction at The Bridge
Today was insulation day… And with the great 75 degree weather, the lady bugs were everywhere! Check the pics!

Beautiful day today! We finished skinning the lower end, insulated the remaining 2 full panels, and installed 2 more door frames.

10-28-08 Bridge Sprung Construction Day 11
Beautiful day today, we got an amazing amount of work done! All the trusses are up and roped, front door opening is up, yesterday we got the insulation and inner skin on the front end. Tomorrow we will skin the lower end and pop out the front end… Sweet!

Sprung Construction – 10-24-08
Yesterday, rain kept us from doing much, we just fastened the building edges down and welded the expansion holes and one of the inside beams. Today we set the front end beams, skinned part of it, and set the back service door. We couldn’t set the other end trusses because of the mud from yesterday’s rain. The crane will come back to set the rest of the trusses Tuesday. In about a week to 10 days, the outside will look mostly finished!

Sprung Construction Day Seven 10-22-08
Today we skined 3 more inside sections, Stretched the 3 sections, permanently bolted the trusses, and started fastening down the outside edge to the concrete. Tomorrow will be a fun day if the weather allows, we will stand the other 120′ of trusses with a crane.

Day Six Sprung Construction 10-21-08
Today we skinned the inside of 3 sections (45′) and then stretched each section 6 inches. As you can see in the pics the skin is tight on the first 3 sections now. We also put in the frame for the backstage doors and assembled the rest of the trusses.

Day Five – 08-20-08 Sprung Construction
With 20 or so church people working, today we finished the insulation on the part that’s standing, and assembled most of the remaining trusses. We have 90′ standing, the other 120′ will be up before the week is done. Each section you see in the pics is 15′ across. Tomorrow we will put up the inside liner on the standing 90′, and it will be blown out 6″ per truss to make outside skin tight.
