Introducing Elle. This young lady is so beautiful inside and out! I have to let you in on a secret is- as lovely as she looks in her temple portraits, her inner beauty shines brighter. She has such a good heart. I got to hear her practice her Torah portion for her coming-of-age celebration at Orangetown Jewish Center during our pre-temple portrait sessionHer thoughts on repentance and foregiveness (it’s almost Yom Kippur after all) were so insightful. She shows maturity far beyond her years.

Including the Extended Family
Since most synagogues in the Hudson Valley request that families take photos at the temple the week before, that usually means only the immediate family attends. This can mean that aunts and uncles, cousins and grandparents miss out on being in group photos. While I firmly believe that the party is the guest of honor’s time to let loose with her friends, we did manage to squeeze in a few photos with the extended family. This “all the cousins” photo, where the baby-cousin-on-the-way made a guest appearance in mama’s belly is just priceless.

Time to “Ellevate” the Party at Town and Country
Almost every mitzvah party is “Kid-branded” these days, but Elle’s theme was especially clever. John from Action Entertainment boosted the fun to the “Next Levelle” as friends and family “Ellectrified the Dance Floor.” They really did!

Mazel tov, Elle!
